Wednesday Night Live Fall '25 Adult Classes

Join us Sept. 10th - Nov. 12th each Wednesday from 6:30-8pm for WNL!

There are classes for the whole family designed to help grow your faith and deepen your fellowship with others! These classes are open to the public!   

Adult Classes Include:  

• A Women's Study - Seamless-Understanding the Bible as One Complete Story by Angie Smith - Led by Karyn Smith
• A Men's Bible Study
• A Couple's Study - A Lifelong Love by Gary Thomas - Led by Steven & Felicia Bonynge

Adult Class Descriptions:

Women's Study - Seamless-Understanding the Bible as One Complete Story by Angie Smith
Seamless will help you move forward with confidence in your understanding of Scripture. Each week of study features key information that ties all of scripture together into the seamless truth of the gospel message and is accompanied by maps, general Bible facts, and word studies. Seamless covers the people, places, and promises of the Bible, tying them together into the greater story of Scripture. Participants in this study will gain an overarching understanding of the fundamental layout and meaning of the Bible.

Men's Bible Study
Men are invited to join us on Wednesday evening for this verse-by-verse walk through scripture. Jump in at any time.

Couple's Study - A Lifelong Love by Gary Thomas
Gary Thomas believes couples often settle for too little when it comes to marriage. We fail to understand how deeply God cares about our spouse. We diminish our need to not only understand what biblical love really is, but also to become a people who excel at it. We let ourselves drift apart instead of making the daily choices to grow closer together.

Whether your marriage needs a complete makeover, a touch up, or just a new purpose, this video series based on Gary's book, A Lifelong Love, promises to set your relationship on an entirely new dimension. You will never look at worship or your spouse in the same way again. Gary will guide you through the power shifts and seasonal mine fields that blow up so many marriages so that you can grow in your love instead of in your disappointment.

Nursery: 

• A nursery for babies 0-2 years old is provided for adults who are attending a study or who are serving.  
• Register your nursery kiddos here.

Kids Club:

• Kids ages 3 years old through the 5th grade are invited to join us at First Baptist Church on Wednesdays from 6:30-8pm.  
• Check-in starts at 6:15pm in the lobby and pick-up is in the sanctuary at 8:00pm.  
• Register your Kids Club kiddos here.

Refuge Student Ministry:

• Refuge Youth Group is for students in grades 6th-12th on Wednesdays from 6-8 at the Mercer County Family YMCA. 
• Students check-in through the community room door (to the left of the main entrance) from 6-6:15pm. Pick-up is at 8pm at the same door. 
• Students will enjoy worship, engaging Bible lessons, games, snacks, & just have a lot of fun!
• For smoother check-in, please sign up on this page. 
• If student is new to the YMCA and Refuge, please contact Austin or send student with information to contact parents or guardian. 
• New friends can join in anytime!
